Diana Rojas currently serves as Head of Human Resources and Facility Management for the North American Development Bank (NADBank). Diana joined NADBank in 2014 and has oversight and stewardship of NADBank’s human capital, facility management and safety. In her role, Diana leads efforts to increase efficient resource management across the institution in order to enable effective decision-making to support NADBank’s mission and vision.
With over 20 years of professional experience leading a diversified workforce, Diana has led a variety of critical functions, from developing and implementing strategies, and policies to resolving organizational and personnel issues. Prior to joining NADBank, Diana held several positions in both the private and public sectors, including with the City of El Paso, Texas and Maricopa Water District in Arizona.
Throughout her career, Diana has focused on aligning resources with corporate strategies, leading the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, serving as a critical member in restructuring and modernizing HR functions, and developing key components of the human capital strategy.
Diana is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a master’s degree in business administration.
