Human Resources & Facilities Management

Diana Rojas serves as the Head of Human Resources and Facility Management at the North American Development Bank (NADBank), where she has been a key member since 2014. In her leadership role, Diana oversees both human capital and facility stewardship and  leads efforts to increase efficient resource management across the institution to support effective decision-making in fulfilling NADBank’s mission and vision. 

With over 20 years of professional experience, Diana has a proven track record leading diverse teams and managing critical HR functions. Her expertise spans policy development, conflict resolution and facilitating organizational initiatives that drive performance and engagement. Prior to joining NADBank, Diana held key positions in both private and public sectors, including with the City and County of El Paso in Texas and Maricopa Water District in Arizona. 

Throughout her career, Diana has strategically aligned organizational resources with broader institutional objectives and been instrumental in creating a positive workplace culture that fosters high levels of staff engagement. Additionally, she has led the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs while advancing key elements of the human capital strategy. 

Diana holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and remains deeply committed to fostering an environment that thrives and contributes to institutional growth and a high-performing culture.
