The North American Development Bank (NADB) provides technical assistance through grants to promote the development of high-quality environmental infrastructure projects and institutional capacity-building, support the long-term sustainability of projects, and facilitate access to NADB financing. Technical assistance is a key tool that NADB uses to strengthen the operational and financial capacities of its customers, as well as to identify new business opportunities. NADB provides technical support with its own funds through its Technical Assistance Program (TAP) and administers two programs financed by the U.S Environmental Agency (EPA), Border Environment Infrastructure Fund (BEIF), and Border 2025.
This report summarizes the overall results of the TAP program during the period 2015-2020.
