The purpose of the Project is to increase access to sustainable drinking water service, reducing service interruptions and water losses, as well as help improve water resource management and reduce health risks associated with waterborne diseases.
The proposed project consists of the replacement of an existing drinking water distribution system, including waterlines and 340 service connections, in Vista del Este, a colonia in an unincorporated area of El Paso County, Texas (the “Project”).
The Project is expected to generate environmental and human health benefits related to the following outcomes:
