Implementation of an Energy Efficiency Learning Network, initially with 14 water utilities from various areas of the State of Coahuila. The activities included a diagnosis of their operations and energy efficiency (EE), follow-up meetings and analysis. The participants committed to implementing various EE measures, including operational improvements, equipment replacement, enhancement to existing installations and tariff changes.
