To develop technical specifications for designing urban infrastructure with green Infrastructure/LID elements in support of Mexican border cities.
TA Scope:
To contract technical assistance to design and publish a technical guidelines manual for the use of Green Infrastructure/LID elements in order to reduce the impact of storm water on border communities urban infrastructure.

Have a design technical reference manual to compliment the adjustments made to municipal legal framework
